SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed within USA normally take 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders same day or within 24 hours during business days.
We offer free shipping when you order two or more snacks of any size.
The delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders and other conditions that Chopam LLC cannot help. If your delivery takes longer than expected please contact our customer care and we will do our best to help you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
After your order has been delivered you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase in our online shop if you wish to return a product. The return is free*, just follow the steps below.
1. Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original box or similar. The product has to be in unused condition with all labels attached for the return to be granted.
2. Register your return by sending an email to chopam22@gmail.com
2. You will receive a confirmation email together with further information on how to proceed with the return.
The payment/credit will be refunded when we have received your return. We process returns within 14 working days of receiving them. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays and new releases).
*Note that the free return policy only applies if you use the provided return label and return it correctly, according to the instructions in the e-mail you will receive in step 2. Chopam LLC will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way.
